Section 10(2) in The Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Rules, 1955
(2)The order shall contain the points for determination, the decision thereon, and brief reasons for the decision. A copy of the order and the original application along with the records of the case shall be forwarded to the Office of the Regional Settlement Commissioner concerned with a summary in the form specified in Appendix VI, a copy of the which shall also be kept on record by the Settlement Officer.
