Section 14(9) in Visvesvaraya Technological University Act, 1994
(9)Subject to the provisions of the preceding sub-section, the Vice-Chancellor shall give effect to the orders of the Executive Council regarding the appointment, suspension and dismissal of officers, teachers and other employees of the University.
