121. Powers of co-operative land development bank to advance loans and to hold lands.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, it shall be competent for the co-operative land development bank to advance loans for the purposes referred to in Section 115 and to hold lands the possession of which is transferred to them under the provisions of this Chapter.
