Section 189(1)(ii) in The Bihar Municipal Act, 2007

(ii)in the case referred to in clause (f) or clause (i), the Chief Municipal Officer may carryout necessary repair to pipes, taps, works, or fittings and recover the expenses thereof from the owner or the occupier of the premises.
