191G. Register of persons liable to pay theatre tax.
- The Commissioner shall maintain a register, in which shall be entered from time to time,-(a)a list of the persons liable to pay the theatre tax;(b)the particulars of the cinemas, theatres and other places of entertainment belonging to or in charge of such persons;(c)the approximate amount of tax payable by each such person and the period in respect of which it is payable.
