Section 1 in Caltex [Acquisition of Shares of Caltex Oil Refining (India) Limited And of the Undertakings in India of Caltex (India) Limited] Act, 1977
1. Short title and Commencement.-
(1)This Act may be called the Caltex [Acquisition of Shares of Caltex Oil Refining (India) Limited and of the Undertakings in India of Caltex (India) Limited] Act, 1977.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of December, 1976.
