Section 11(1) in Tamil Nadu Village Panchayats (Receipts and Expenditure and Maintenance of the Accounts of Village Panchayats) Rules, 2000
(1)If any building belonging to a village panchayat is rented out, then, prompt recovery of the rent of such building shall be watched through the miscellaneous demand collection and balance register.
