Section 201(b) in The Building And Other Construction Workers '(Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Central Rules, 1998
(b)chains, wires, ropes or metal tubes used for the suspension of a scaffold are,-(i)properly and securely fastened to every anchorage point and to the scaffold ledgers of other main supporting members used for the support of such scaffold; and(ii)so positioned as to ensure stability of the scaffold.
