Section 165 in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
165. Ventilation.
- Every public service shall be provided with adequate means of ventilation so that there shall be proper ventilation even when the windows, are not opened. If the vehicle is provided with opening windows, suitable provisions shall also be made so that the opening of the windows could be adjusted.
