Ms. Sheetal Makol, the petitioner is present in-person. She submits, that she would argue in-person.
Ms. Sunita Arora, who was appointed as Amicus-Curiae, and had earlier sought discharge, has been continuing to assist the court in the matter, is also present.
Ms. Arora has handed-up a copy of Index dated 30.01.2024, giving a summary of the several applications pending in these matters.
The petitioner also wishes to place on record certain additional documents.
The petitioner is at liberty to do so.
