52C. Penalty for obstructing exercise of powers under Chapter V.
- Any person, who obstructs the lawful exercise of any power conferred by or under Chapter V shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.] [This sub-section was substituted for the original by Gujarat 11 of 1986, Section 21 (i) (w.e.f. 01 07-1986).]
