87. Revoking of development Permission.
- The Metropolitan Commissioner / Vice-Chairperson or the Authority or the Government as the case may be, may revoke any Development Permission issued under this Act, whenever it is found that there has been any false statement or wrong permission is issued or any misinterpretation of any material fact or rule on which the permission was granted, after giving the person concerned an opportunity of being heard against such revocation.
