318. Place of manufacture, preparation, etc. for sale of any drug or food to be open to inspection.
(1)Every place used for manufacture, preparation, storage, or packing for sale of any article of food or drug shall be open at all time for inspection by the officers of the Corporation authorised in this behalf by the Commissioner, and such officers shall have the right to enter into such place for such inspection at all time.(2)In every place used for manufacture, preparation, storage, or packing for sale, of any article of food or drug, such article of food or drug or any receptacle and material used for such manufacture, preparation, storage or packing shall be protected from dust, flies and other insects by such measures as may be specified by the Corporation in this behalf.
