                               UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                   O R D E R

The matter was passed over to enable the learned counsel for the applicant – Archana Miriyala Bangalore to obtain instructions.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant and her daughter – Karasani Phani Phalguni will vacate the property/premises on or before the time fixed by this Court vide Record of Proceedings dated 27.01.2023. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant may be permitted to deposit the Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Deepak Guglani Date: 2023.09.26 keys of the property/premises in question with the trial court. 17:53:46 IST Reason: The applicant also undertakes that she will not deliberately or intentionally cause any damage to the property/premises in M.A. No. 2052/2023 question.

While we dismiss the application seeking extension of time to vacate the property/premises, the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant is accepted and taken on record. A copy of this order will be sent by the applicant to the non-applicants/respondents to enable them to take the keys of the property/premises from the trial court.

The miscellaneous application is disposed of in the above terms.
