Section 7(2)(h) in The Rajasthan Legal Aid Rules, 1984

(h)three members co-opted by the Chairman of the committee-One each from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and women; provided, however, that no member shall be co-opted from such castes, tribes or women if there is already a member in the committee from each of such categories.
