Section 19(1) in Rajasthan Entertainments and Advertisements Tax Act, 1957
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, delegate all or any of its powers under this Act, except those conferred upon it by sub-section (1) of section 4 or sub-section (2) of section 7 or section 18 or this section to any person, officer or authority including a local authority.
