(1)The Commissioners shall meet, for the transaction of business, ordinarily once in every fortnight.(2)Such meetings shall be held upon such day and at such hour as the Commissioners shall from time to time determine.(3)At every meeting of the Commissioners five members shall constitute a quorum.
