12. Penalty.
- Any person who entrusted with the management of the affairs of a privately managed recognised school omits or fails, without any reasonable excuse to carry out any orders made by the School Tribunal shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
