Learned Advocate General would tell us that, there are certain errors, both on facts and on law, in our order dated 4.12.2008.
2. By this Review Petition, the State Government intends to re-argue the matter once over again by pointing out the so-called errors said to have been committed by us in the course of our judgment. This, in our opinion, is impermissible in law. Therefore, we decline to entertain this Review Petition. Accordingly, it is rejected Ordered accordingly.
