(2)A copy of the record made by every visitor together with the Superintendent's reply thereto or the action taken by the Superintendent thereon, shall be forwarded to the Inspector-General and in the case of any remark made relative to the long detention of any unconvicted prisoner a copy of such remark shall also be forwarded to the Magistrate of the district.
