1. All the present Civil Revision Petitions have been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking appropriate directions to the concerned learned Additional District Judge, for expeditious disposal of the RAKESH KUMAR 2026.04.09 11:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment CR-8261-2025(O&M) and 22 other connected cases -7- applications under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), filed in the objection petitions under Section 34 of the Act, which are pending adjudication.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-NHAI submitted that his only limited prayer is that the applications filed by the petitioner-NHAI under Section 36(2) of the Act be considered and decided in accordance with law within a fixed time-frame work.
3. Considering the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-NHAI, the present Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the concerned learned Court, before whom the applications under Section 36(2) of the Act, if any, are pending, to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and strictly in accordance with law.
4. A copy of this order be placed on the files of other connected cases.
