Section 23(1) in Usha Martin University, Jharkhand Act, 2012
(1)The Finance committee shall consist of the following namely:(a)The Vice-Chancellor - Chairman.(b)The Registrar - Secretary.(c)The Finance Officer - Member.(d)Such other members as may be prescribed by Statutes.
