17. Confidentiality and security of information.
(1)The Authority and all persons and organisations associated with it shall maintain complete confidentiality and security of the information provided to them for the purpose of the work of the Authority.(2)The Authority may enter into such contractual arrangements as may be necessary in order to maintain complete confidentiality and security of the information.
