Section 16(1) in The Orissa Agricultural Credit Operations and Miscellaneous Provisions (Banks) Rules, 1976
(1)A copy of the declaration creating a charge or variation of the declaration or a copy of the mortgage executed in favour of the Bank referred to in Section 7 of the Act shall be neatly hand-written, printed or type-written or be a cyclostyled copy of type-written matter on only one side of the paper.
