Learned counsel for appellant fairly submits that the Division Bench of Chhatisgarh High Court in the case of M/s Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd. vs. Commissioner of Commercial Tax has taken a view against the appellant herein. However, it is informed that the said decision of Division Bench of Chhatishgarh High Court is challenged before the Supreme Court where the matter is pending adjudication.
Consequently, the present appeal is adjourned sine-die with liberty to the appellant to make a prayer for listing in case any development takes place.
List this case along with VATA 11/2018 and VATA 12/2018.
