Section 16(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH COMMISSIONERATE OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACT, 1986
(1)In the discharge of its functions under this Act, the Commissionerate shall be guided by such directions on questionsof policy relating to State purposes or in case of any emergency as may be given to it by the Government.
