31. Conditions of service of employees.
(1)Every employee of the University shall be appointed under a written contract and such contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances.(2)The contract referred to in sub-section (1), shall be lodged with the University a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned.
