Section 218(1) in The M.P. Municipalities Act, 1961
(1)No person shall construct a drain, privy, latrine, urinal, cesspool, or other receptacles within fifty feel of any source of water-supply, except with the permission of the Council and on such conditions as may be prescribed by Council.
