Section 1(1)(a) in Punjab Privately Managed Recognized Affiliated Aided Colleges (Pension and Contributory Provident Fund) Rules, 2002

(a)'competent Authority' means the authority so authorized by the Trust through its resolution to sanction pension (without gratuity and commutation) to the employees of Aided Colleges of Punjab covered under these rules.
