326E. [ Removal of unauthorized hoarding, digital banner or placard. [Inserted by T.N. Act No. 2 of 2011 (w.e.f. 16.11.2011).]

- Any hoarding erected without a licence or any digital banner or placard erected without a permission, shall be confiscated and removed by the District Collector without giving any notice.]
