Section 15(15) in Export of Fresh, Frozen and Processed Fish and Fishery Products (Quality Control and Inspection and Monitoring) Rules, 1995
15.1The competent authority shall issue certificates on request from the exporter/processor after satisfying itself that the requirements of the relevant standards are met.
