Section 6(a) in Tamil Nadu Pachaiyappa's Trust and of The Public Trust and Endowments Specified in Schedule (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1981
(a)every trustee of the Board of Trustees or any person working under its control shall, on demand, hand over immediately and records and properties relating to the Pachaiyappa's Trust which are in, or have come into, his possession, or control to an officer authorised by the Government in this behalf;
