93. Contravention of Licence.
(1)The Commission may pass such orders as it thinks fit in accordance with Sections 28 to 31 of the Act for the contravention or the likely contravention of the licence terms or conditions by the licensee.(2)Subject to the provisions of Sections 28 to 31 of the Act and the procedure described therein, the Commission may follow as far as possible the general procedure provided for in Chapter II of these Regulations in dealing with Proceedings arising out of a contravention or likely contravention by a licensee.
