Section 31(1) in Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1964
(1)the expression 'members of the weaker sections' shall mean the persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, [x x x] [Omitted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 28 of 1978.] Backward Classes and such other socially and economically backward sections of the community as the Government may, from time to time, notify in this behalf ;
