1. In the instant petition, petitioner herein is seeking direction upon the respondents to release the admitted outstanding liability of Rs. 2,67,00,241/- along with interest in favour of the petitioner company on account of work done relating to upgradation and upliftment of existing drainage pumping station in Srinagar City (Lot A and Lot B) Pumping Station on the Left Bank and Right Bank of River Jhelum.
2. Notice. Mr. Abdul Rashid Malik, learned senior AAG accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file reply.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish copy of the writ petition to learned counsel for the respondents during the course of the day.
