Section 29(1) in The Rail Land Development Authority (Development of Land and Other Works) Regulations, 2012
(1)The lessees and sub-lessees of a railway land situated within a railway station premises shall comply with the extant policies of the Central Government and Railway Administration with regard to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, quality of food or beverages being sold, crowd control and public order.
