Section 19(1) in The Assam Agricultural Farming Corporation Rules, 1973
(1)If in any meeting of the Board or annual general meeting no quorum is present within one hour of the time fixed for the meeting, the meeting shall stand automatically adjourned to the same day and at the same time and place.
