(5)The [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may whenever it deems fit cause a like inspection or inquiry to be made in the manner described in sub-sections (1) to (3) and shall have, for the purposes of such inspection or inquiry, all the powers of the Chancellor under the said sub-sections.
