Section 475(2) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
(2)The said instalments shall be payable by the owner or occupier of the premises on which the expenses are so charged:Provided that when the occupier pays any such instalments he shall be entitled to deduct the amount thereof from the rent payable by him to the owner or to recover the same from the owner.
