2. Mr. Abhlaksh Grover, Advocate files his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No. 7 to 13.
3. It has been pointed out by Shri Rajiv Atma Ram, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants that in the earlier Gemini order dated 21.12.2018 inadvertently it has been noticed seniority list of ASIs, whereas it should be seniority list of SIs.
4. Considering the above factual error in the order, we rectify that and it should be read as SIs in place of ASIs.
5. Counsel representing the Chandigarh administration informs this Tribunal that to the tentative seniority list, which is at Annexure A-7 on record, the applicants as well as similarly placed 4 (OA No. 060/1535/2018 persons have already filed their objections and the Administration is in the process of finalizing the same.
6. The learned Senior Counsel for the applicants submits that let their objections be decided in terms of the prevailing rules governing the field before taking a final view on the seniority list. He further submits that they be permitted to file additional objections to the tentative seniority list within 7 days from today and same be also ordered to be taken into consideration before finalizing the same. The orders so passed, while finalizing the seniority list be communicated to the parties and if the same is prejudicial to the interest of the parties, the liberty be granted to them to challenge the same before Court of law by impugning Annexure A-6 also. Thereafter the official respondents may make further promotions on that basis.
7. In the wake of above, parties are in agreement that this O.A. can be disposed of at this stage, in the indicated terms and liberty prayed for.
8. Ordered accordingly. Pending M.A. also stands disposed of as such. No costs.
