25. Code of conduct.

- The empanelled annuity service provider shall at all times observe the code of conduct for insurers or any other similar rules, guidelines or regulations specified by the Insurance Regulatory andDevelopment Authority for fair dealing in activities related to the annuity purchase by subscribers.
