Section 14 in The Gujarat Ownership Flats Act, 1973
14. Part to be in addition to Transfer of Property Act and to over-ride contract to the Contrary.
- The provisions of this Part, except where otherwise provided, shall be in addition to the provisions of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any contract.
