Section 24(i) in Hyderabad Metropolitain Water Supply Sewerage Act, 1989
(i)for washing vehicles where they are kept for sale or hire; but shall be deemed to include a supply-(i)for flushing latrines and drains; and(ii)for all baths other than swimming baths or public baths
