This revisional application has been field
challenging the Order No. 59 dated 2nd March, 2023 whereby learned ACJM-cum-CJSD, Kakdwip refused the application under Order 1 rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the petitioner.
The contentious issue is required to be adjudicated in presence of opposite parties.
Let there be a direction upon the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties and their learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties before the Trial Court, by speed post with A/D, and furnish affidavit of service on the next returnable date.
