Section 5(1) in The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986
(1)Every application for grant of mining lease shall be made to the Mining Engineer/Assistant Mining Engineer concerned in Form No.1-A;[Provided that an application for grant of mining lease through auction, tender or lottery as per [sub-rule (3) of rule 7] [Inserted by Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary dated 25/05/2012] shall be made in FORM NO. 1-G, FORM NO. 1-I or FORM NO. 1-L, respectively;]
