11. Notice of commencement.
- At any time within two years from the date of the issue of the Building Permit but not less than seven days before commencing the erection of the building or the execution of the work the applicant shall give notice in writing to the Sanctioning Authority in a form as specified in Schedule-VI of the proposed date of commencement of such erection or such execution.Provided that if within the period of the validity of the Building Permit, the commencement does not take place within thirty days of the date so notified, the notice shall be deemed not to have been given and a fresh notice shall be necessary.
