Section 66(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(1)All articles of clothing and equipment issued to enrolled members of the Force shall be withdrawn from him when(i)he is placed under suspension;(ii)he is served with order of discharge;(iii)he is removed or dismissed from service; or(iv)his resignation is accepted.
