Section 4(iii) in Bihar Enlistment of Contractors Rules, 1992
(iii)Contractors enlisted under Class IV and Class V shall be enlisted for tendering of works in the Division in which they are registered. Contractors can, however get themselves registered in other Divisions of the Department where they wish to take up works.
