(4)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) of this section, the Co-operative Credit Structure may take appropriate decisions regarding its loan policies including individual loan decisions to its members, keeping in view the interests of the society and its members.] [Added by Haryana Act No. 18 of 2007.]
