Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh annexing therewith the ordersheet of the application under Section-14 of the SARFAESI Act pending before the District Magistrate concerned.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
